Dear Mr Minister of Health,

Herewith I inform you that I have not received a letter reg. # 97-3-24 of 29-Aug-2003 (see the Supplement).

So far I have received the following letters from the Ministry of Health:

• 97-R-24 of 12-Jun-2003
• 97-R-24 of 29-Aug-2003
• 97-R-24 of 16-Sep-2003

The above said letters contain not a single answer to any of the questions posed by me in my letter of 09-Jul-2003.

I expect a reply to the point.
