SUBPOENA
The citizen Reneta Todorova Stoyanova, 17, G. Bakalov Str., entr. 7, apt. 80, Varna, on the grounds of art. 55, para. 2 and art. 67, para. 1 from the MIA Act, has been summoned to appear for an enquiry regarding the circumstances in connection with a check along a correspondence 13792 / 2003 on 28 July, 2003 at 15:00 h. in the building of the RPD at the address […], Varna, with se. lieut. P. Benev, tel. 25-12.
The person thus summoned shall carry the following documents:
Personal ID Card
The appearance is a must.
In case of non-appearance the summoned person bears administrative and penal responsibility under art. 281 from the MIA Act.

The MIA Act enacts:
1. Art. 55. (1) The police authorities of the National Security Service can warn orally or in writing the persons for whom there are enough data that they may commit criminal or other activities threatening the national security.
(2) The police authorities of the National Security Service can summon citizens in the police offices for the purposes under para. 1.
Art. 67. (1) The police authorities can summon citizens in the police offices citizens for carrying out of activities along the powers granted to them by this act.
(2) Citizen shall be summoned in writing. The subpoena shall explicitly point at the purpose of summoning, the hour and date of appearance.
Note: The police authorities of the National Services "Fight with Organized Crime", "Border Police" and "Military Police" have the same powers as the police authorities, according to art. 93, 98 and 107, para. 2.
Art. 281. (1) Whoever has not appeared in the place under art. 67, para. 1 without any valid excuses after he has been legally summoned is liable to a fine from BGL 50,000 to BGL 100,000.
(2) In case of a second non-appearance without a valid excuse the fine shall be from BGL 100,000 to BGL 200,000.
